DC-1 Drill Centre

The Haas DC-1 Drill Centre is a compact, high speed vertical machining centre designed for drilling, tapping and light milling operations. It features a 40 taper spindle with 15,000 rpm spindle, rapid tool changes and a 20 station ultra-fast automatic tool changer to maximise productivity. With travels of 508 x 406 x 394 mm and a small footprint, it is well suited to production environments where fast cycle times and efficient chip evacuation are essential.

SB-28Y Box way lathe

The Haas SB-28Y is a heavy duty Y-axis box way turning centre built for strength and stability in demanding applications. It features an A2-8 spindle nose, 10 inch chuck capacity, approximately 2.95 inch bar capacity, and a 12 station BMT65 turret with live tooling. The box way construction provides excellent rigidity and vibration damping for tougher materials and heavier cuts.

SB-28Y Details

UMC-500 Robot Pallet Loader

The Haas Robotic Pallet Loader automates pallet handling to enable lights out machining and higher productivity. Fully integrated with the Haas control, it uses a Haas robot to load and unload zero point pallets from a rack system, allowing multiple jobs to run unattended. It is ideal for high mix production and reduces manual intervention while increasing spindle uptime.

UMC-400

The Haas UMC-400 is a compact 5-axis universal machining centre designed to deliver full simultaneous 5-axis capability in a small footprint. It features a 40 taper spindle with 15,000 rpm spindle, a 30+1 side mount tool changer, and an integrated dual axis trunnion rotary table. At approximately 2.1 m x 2.1 m, it is around 25 percent smaller than the UMC-500, making it ideal for high precision, multi sided machining where space is limited.

UMC-400 Details

ST-20 Turning Centre

The Haas ST-20 is a versatile, general purpose CNC turning centre with an A2-6 spindle nose, 8.3 inch chuck, 2.5 inch bar capacity, and a maximum spindle speed of 4,000 rpm. Its compact footprint, improved Z-axis travel, and strong chip evacuation make it well suited to production environments. Options such as an automatic parts loader and auto door support increased productivity.

ST-20 Details

VF-4SS & VF-2SSYT

The Haas VF-4SS and VF-2SSYT are high-speed vertical machining centres built for rigidity precision and productivity. The VF-4SS has a larger work envelope and a powerful high-speed spindle suited to bigger parts and tougher materials, while the VF-2SSYT adds extended Y-axis to the compact VF-2SS platform for 4-axis capability in a small footprint. Both machines are fitted with WIPS probing for in-machine work and tool measurement, TSC (Through-Spindle Coolant) for better chip clearing and tool life, and HSM (High Speed Machining).

Haas HL-50e Laser Marker

The Haas HL-50E is a fully enclosed fibre laser marking machine designed for fast, precise engraving and part identification on metals and selected plastics. It uses a high energy fibre laser source to produce clean, repeatable marks and light engraving. Supplied as a complete plug and mark system, it includes an integrated PC with LightBurn software, fume extraction and laser safe viewing window, making it ideal for workshop and production environments.

Super mini mill

The Haas Super Mini Mill is a compact 40 taper vertical machining centre with 406 x 356 x 381 mm travels and a 30+1 side mount tool changer. It comes standard with a 10,000 rpm spindle, 15,000 rpm optional, and features updated castings for improved rigidity. Its small footprint and automation readiness make it suitable for small shops and production environments.
