High-speed 4-axis rotary table
Our HRT310SS Super Speed rotary table uses a heavy-duty cycloidal drive system to provide a maximum indexing speed of 240° per second – more than three times the speed of our standard HRT310. The unit’s compact size and high speed make it the perfect complement to our VF-3SS and other high-speed Haas machines.
Note: Requires a Haas mill with 4th-axis drive and NGC software version 100.19.000.1100 or later for full 4th-axis operation. Stand-alone operation requires a Haas rotary control box shipped after November 10, 2021, with software version 26.32 or newer.

Cycloidal Rotary Drive
The cycloidal rotary drive system was designed for machine tools and robotics. The drive provides a great combination of speed, accuracy, and durability. The rugged design provides long service life, with little or no maintenance. By the same token the cycloidal rotary drive can be back driven to absorb energy from an impact. Furthermore, the shock-load capacity is 5 times the rated torque of the gearbox. Should damage occur the entire gearbox is a simple drop-in replacement.
