Haas got its start making rotary tables and indexers that helped milling machines make more kinds of parts. As a result it makes perfect sense that Haas rotary products work seamlessly with our milling machines.
In this video, we take a quick look at just a few examples of our machine and rotary combinations. See how they can help you machine your difficult multi-sided parts more easily.
Automate your high-speed machine’s setup process with the Haas Wireless Intuitive Probing System(WIPS). WIPS is a complete probing package that includes the spindle probe, tool setting probe, and optical machine interface. Furthermore, powerful software that guides the operator through the job setup process with intuitive, easy-to-use templates. Additionally, WIPS allows you to quickly and easily define work offset coordinates. Incidentally you can set tool length offsets and perform in-process inspection with the WIPS probe.
