HL-50E XT – Laser Marker

The Haas HL-50E XT is a larger version of the HL-50E, designed for larger parts, multiple setups, and extended workpieces requiring precise laser marking. This fully enclosed, infrared fibre laser marking machine combines advanced photonics and fibre optic technology to deliver accurate, repeatable laser marking capabilities across a wide range of manufacturing environments.

Compared to conventional laser systems that rely on multiple lenses to concentrate and amplify light, the HL-50E XT uses an optical fibre cable to deliver a straighter, smaller, and more precise laser beam. This results in improved electrical efficiency, excellent marking quality, and comparatively low operating costs.

The HL-50E XT is suitable for most metallic materials and alloys, including steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, silver, copper, titanium, carbide, and iron, as well as selected non metallic materials and stone products. This makes it suitable for a broad range of industries, from small fabrication shops to larger scale production environments.

The HL-50E XT is a complete fibre laser marking solution that includes everything needed to mark and engrave parts in a production environment, all within a fully enclosed and mobile package.

The Haas HL-50E XT Fibre Laser Marking Machine includes:

  • Q-Switched (ns) Pulse Width Pump Source – efficiently emits light in rapid nanosecond (ns) bursts/pulses, for better thermal control and higher peak powers, which is ideal for laser marking and light engraving
  • Integrated Fume Extractor – automatically extracts harmful fumes and particulates produced by lasering
  • Guiding/Focusing Laser Pointers – allows for quick and convenient laser focusing on different height workpieces
  • 4th Axis Capable – easily interface with bolt-on rotary units, with a standard 4-pin aviation plug
  • Integrated Windows 11 PC
    • Includes a lifetime license for LightBurn Pro Laser Control Software
  • 1000 x 650 mm standard fixture plate
  • Optical Density (OD)-Rated Laser Light-Safe Windows
  • Power and Manual Laser Head Height Adjustment
  • Remote Start Foot Switch

    • F160 Lens: 110x110mm (~4×4″) working area, 160mm focal length (default)

      • ~240mm (9.4in) maximum part height
