Haas TRT-210 Tilting Table
Eliminate second and third operations and setups with the Haas TRT 210 two-axis tilting rotary table. Machine up to five sides of a part, and easily program the control to reach virtually any compound angle. When used on a Haas VMC with the 5-axis option, complex geometries – such as impellers – are easily accomplished. Maximum fixture and part weights are 135 kg for the TRT 210. Includes dual-axis servo control & CNC interface cable for semi-4th & 5th-axis operation.
All Haas rotary tables and indexers are equipped with AC brushless servo motors, which yield greater torque and higher acceleration / deceleration rates than standard DC motors. There’s less maintenance and better reliability, since there are no brushes that wear out and create dust. With the heat-producing windings attached to the outer shell, these motors run cooler, are more compact and last longer than brush motors.
