Haas TL-25 Twin Spindle Turning Centre
Haas Automation's TL-25 allows you to reduce part handling - turn double-ended parts in a single setup on one machine. The TL-25 CNC lathe is built on the shop-proven Haas SL-30 platform, with a 30-hp vector-drive main spindle with 254mm chuck and speeds up to 3,400 rpm, and an 8-hp sub-spindle with 135 mm chuck and speeds to 4,000 rpm.
The standard 12-station tool turret holds a combination of six VDI 40 tools and six bolt-on tools, and special twin-bore and twin-turn toolholders are included for sub-spindle work. With a max cutting capacity of 406 x 864mm, the TL-25's main spindle handles 76mm bar, and the sub-spindle takes up to 30mm bar.
A host of high-productivity options, such as a tool presetter, parts catcher, chip auger and tailstock, are available for the TL-25 to further boost productivity, and the Haas Servo Bar 300 bar feeder may be added for unattended operation.
