At Haas we are constantly investing in critical areas of our Service, Support, Repairs and Engineering departments; while many of our competitors have been forced to make cutbacks.

Haas has heavily invested in its UK service and engineering department, including the introduction of 35 Mercedes Vito vans each equipped with a huge array of parts, including motors, screens, axis drives and processor boards. The brand new vans are fitted with computer systems allowing the Haas CNC technicians web-based, real-time job information and machine history with a direct link to the UK parts holding inventory, which stands in excess of £3,000,000. The computer systems also have access to the worldwide dealer forum.

We are pleased to announce a 1st call repair rate of 95.1%, a figure that keeps on improving.

Haas has one of the highest service engineer to installation ratios of any UK machine tool distributor, currently 35 full time engineers, so we’ll always have one
