Haas HA5C Indexing Unit
The Haas HA5C series is the ideal choice for holding smaller parts. Clamp parts using standard 5C collets, or chuck them by threading a 3-jaw chuck to the spindle nose. Easy to program, interface and set up, the HA5C is the industry benchmark for quality, accuracy and dependability.
All Haas rotary tables and indexers are equipped with AC brushless servo motors, which yield greater torque and higher acceleration / deceleration rates than standard DC motors. There’s less maintenance and better reliability, since there are no brushes that wear out and create dust. With the heat-producing windings attached to the outer shell, these motors run cooler, are more compact and last longer than brush motors.
